Service-Seeker opens DiagnoShop Website or Mobile App to find the right diagnostic center/laboratory for tests that suit their requirement.

Service-Seeker would be presented with a list of diagnostic centers/laboratories in the city and location of his interest. He can select the test and get all information about the test, Diagnostic Center (like name, address, contacts numbers) and choose the center based on the facilities available at the center, ratings, feedback, pricing etc.

Service-Seeker books an appointment online for the test(s) of his choice by selecting the date/time slot available in the diagnostic center of their choice by entering the patient's details.

He can choose to make an online payment or he can pay cash when he visits the diagnostic center for his appointment.

Patient visits the Diagnostic center as per his schedule to take the test.
